About Me
Welcome. I'm Megan.
There's a particular kind of courage in deciding to look honestly at yourself. Not just manage better or cope more efficiently, but actually understand what's been driving the patterns, the pain, and the distance you feel from yourself or the people you love.
If you're here, you may already sense that something deeper is ready to shift. I'd be honored to be part of that.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #150616) offering telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families throughout California. My work is trauma-informed, somatic, and rooted in the belief that healing happens not just through insight but through felt experience. We don't just talk about what happened. We work with how it lives in you now.
My approach draws from narrative therapy, attachment science, parts work inspired by IFS, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Together we explore the stories you've inherited, the protective patterns that developed for good reason, and the places in the body where old experiences still hold on. Sessions are warm, active, and collaborative. You won't just be processing. You'll be building something new.
I came to this work through years in crisis response, community mental health, and school-based intervention. Those environments taught me that the people carrying the most are often the ones least likely to ask for help, and that the right therapeutic relationship can unlock change that feels impossible alone. That belief shapes everything about how I show up in session.
I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology from Santa Clara University and a Master's in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
I work exclusively with private pay clients, which means our work is shaped entirely by you. No insurance involvement, no required diagnoses, no limits placed on your care by anyone other than us.
If something here resonates, I'd love to connect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get a feel for each other before you commit to anything.
Reach out whenever you're ready.
